WERE YOU PART OF THE CONVERSATION?

On September 13, 2019, CellCAN co-hosted a session on a very hot topic with the ISCT Early Stage Professional (ESP) Committee: Breaking Bottlenecks – The Training, Development, and Staffing Challenge.

The interactive session engaged the crowd composed of employers (industry, academia, government) and HQPs/Trainees on topics such as training requirements, proficiency, career paths and much more. As the workforce for cell manufacturing is and will continue to be in high demand, this session became a milestone in launching a conversation about the topic.

Would you like to pitch in? Do you have ideas on how to address the knowledge gaps when it comes to training, career development and staffing? We want to hear you! A survey will shortly be circulated to engage the entire regenerative medicine and cell therapy community on this very important matter.

As a follow-up to the success of this interactive session, a webinar is to be held on December 12, 2019 at 12PM. Save the date & register now!

We welcome and encourage all members of the regenerative medicine and cell therapy ecosystem to submit their questions and concerns to the CTSG. The CTSG meets twice a year and adresses concerns from the community. If you would like to suggest an agenda item, please fill out this short form. A representative of the CTSG will contact you. The next meeting of the CTSG is planned for spring 2020.
